Maple Grove's Party Bus & Charter Bus Rental Service
Maple Grove sits right off I-94 and I-694 in the northwest metro — close enough to downtown Minneapolis to make a night out easy, far enough that getting there without a plan means traffic, parking, and a long ride home. Minneapolispartybuscompany.com helps you find and compare party buses, minibuses, and charter buses serving Maple Grove so your group shows up together and leaves together. Call 612-642-3611 or get a free quote online in under 30 seconds.
The Quickest Way to Secure Your Maple Grove Party Bus Rental
Minneapolispartybuscompany.com is a quote-comparison website for group ground transportation. It is not a bus company, and it does not operate any vehicles. What it does is make finding the right bus for your group fast and easy — fill out one quick form or call 612-642-3611, and you'll compare vehicles, packages, and pricing from a large network of bus companies serving Maple Grove and the greater Twin Cities metro.
No account required. No obligation. Pricing in under 30 seconds.
Instead of calling company after company, describing your trip over and over, and waiting on callbacks with quotes that never quite line up — you enter your details once and see different options side by side. Party buses with LED lighting and premium sound, minibuses for corporate shuttles and wedding guest runs, full-size charter buses with onboard restrooms for long hauls to Duluth or Green Bay — it's all here in one place. Whatever your group needs, Minneapolispartybuscompany.com makes finding it simple.
That's the whole idea.

Available Onboard Bus Amenities in Maple Grove
Not every Maple Grove group trip needs the same setup. A 25-passenger party bus with a full-length bar, color-changing LED lighting, Bluetooth sound, and wraparound perimeter seating is built for a bachelorette night crawling the bars in the North Loop. A minibus with reclining seats, climate control, and overhead storage works perfectly for a corporate shuttle run between Maple Grove office parks and a downtown Minneapolis conference.
Full-size charter buses add undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms, making them the right pick for longer trips — think a Twins road game in Milwaukee or a group casino run to Hinckley. Amenities vary by vehicle, and the quote tool lets you filter and compare what's available for your date. Call 612-642-3611 if you want a hand narrowing it down.

Find the Right Maple Grove Party Bus in Minutes
Maple Grove groups have a lot of options when it comes to getting downtown or out to a game — but coordinating a dozen cars on I-694 at 6pm on a Friday is nobody's idea of fun. Minneapolispartybuscompany.com exists to take that off your plate. You fill out one form, compare buses and prices from a network of providers serving the Twin Cities metro, and find what fits your group. No juggling multiple quotes.
No calling five companies to describe the same trip five times.
Because Minneapolispartybuscompany.com is a comparison website — not a single bus fleet — you're never limited to one company's available vehicles. That means more options on your date, more vehicle types to fit your group size, and more pricing tiers to match your budget. Whether you need a single Sprinter limo for a bridal party pickup in Maple Grove or a fleet of charter buses for a corporate event at the Minneapolis Convention Center, the network scales with you.
Quotes are free, available online any time, and take about a minute. Call 612-642-3611 right now to get started.
Maple Grove Party Bus & Charter Bus Services
Minneapolispartybuscompany.com helps Maple Grove groups find transportation for every occasion — airport runs, concerts, weddings, prom, corporate events, birthday parties, sporting events, school trips, pub crawls, and more. Whatever brings your group together, there's a bus in the network for it. Call 612-642-3611 or browse the full service lineup to get started.

Maple Grove Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport (MSP) (4300 Glumack Dr, St. Paul, MN 55111) is roughly 25 miles southeast of Maple Grove via I-94 East — about 35–45 minutes under normal conditions, and significantly longer during peak morning and evening traffic windows. For groups flying out together — a destination wedding party, a corporate travel group, a family reunion — coordinating multiple cars to MSP means multiple parking garage costs ($20–$30/day in the main ramp), staggered arrivals, and no guarantee everyone makes it through security before the gate closes.
A Maple Grove airport shuttle bus fixes all of that. Your group loads once at a single Maple Grove address, rides together to MSP's commercial vehicle pickup and drop-off zones, and arrives as one unit. On the return, gather your luggage and call to confirm your group is assembled — then the bus moves to the curb.
Check the official MSP ground transportation page for current commercial vehicle staging details. Call 612-642-3611 to set up your airport run.

Maple Grove Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
A Maple Grove bachelorette party has the entire Twin Cities bar scene within reach — the North Loop's cocktail bars along Washington Avenue N, Uptown's stretch of Hennepin, the Northeast Minneapolis brewery corridor, and First Avenue's late-night lineup are all 25–35 minutes away. The problem is that a group of 15–20 people splitting into Ubers at 11pm, trying to regroup at every new stop, and figuring out how to get back to Maple Grove at 2am is a logistical nightmare even before the night gets going.
A Maple Grove bachelorette party bus rental keeps everyone on the same itinerary all night. A 20- or 25-passenger party bus with LED lighting, a premium sound system, and a full-length bar setup is exactly the right vehicle for a night that starts in Maple Grove and ends whenever you decide it does. Call 612-642-3611 — weekend dates for bachelorette runs book fast, especially May through October.

Maple Grove Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Whether it's a 16th birthday party circling through Maple Grove and Plymouth, a milestone 30th with dinner reservations downtown, or a quinceañera reception at a banquet hall in Brooklyn Park, a Maple Grove birthday party bus keeps the celebration moving and everyone together from the first stop to the last. Party buses seating 15 to 50 are available through the network — so whether you've got 18 people or 45, there's a vehicle sized for your group.
Smaller groups heading to a dinner and a few stops after work well in a 15- or 18-passenger party bus; larger birthday blowouts fit a 40- or 50-passenger bus with room to actually celebrate on the ride. Color-changing LED lighting, flat-panel TVs, and Bluetooth sound systems are common on party buses in this range. Get a free quote online or call 612-642-3611 any time — no account required and pricing takes under a minute.

Maple Grove Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Most of the Twin Cities' major concert venues are 20–35 minutes from Maple Grove, and every one of them has a parking situation that gets worse as the show gets bigger. Grand Casino Arena (formerly Xcel Energy Center; 199 W Kellogg Blvd, St. Paul, MN 55102) sits in downtown St. Paul with surface lots and ramps that fill fast on sell-out nights — and the post-show exit onto Kellogg Boulevard backs up in every direction. Target Center (600 First Ave N, Minneapolis, MN 55403) is right in the heart of downtown Minneapolis, where nearby parking runs $25–$40 per car on event nights and Hennepin Avenue becomes a bottleneck for 45 minutes after the last encore.
A Maple Grove concert bus rental sidesteps all of it. Your group boards in Maple Grove, pulls up to the venue's commercial drop zone, and the pickup is already arranged when the show ends — no hunting for your car, no gridlock, no surge-priced rideshare. For major touring acts, book 4–6 weeks out; for arena sellouts and festival dates, earlier is better.
Call 612-642-3611 for availability.

Maple Grove Corporate Event Transportation
Maple Grove has one of the most active corporate corridors in the northwest metro — office parks along Weaver Lake Road, Bass Lake Road, and the I-494/I-694 interchange house dozens of regional headquarters and satellite offices. Getting employees from those offices to a downtown Minneapolis conference, a team dinner at the Minneapolis Convention Center (1301 2nd Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55403), or a multi-stop offsite day means navigating I-94 or MN-100, both of which compress badly during morning and late-afternoon commute hours.
A Maple Grove corporate event bus rental keeps your headcount predictable and your schedule intact. Minibuses with reclining seats and climate control work well for smaller executive groups; full charter buses handle larger company-wide events. Employees ride together, no one drives, and the return trip is handled.
Call 612-642-3611 to discuss corporate shuttle contracts and multi-stop packages for your Maple Grove team.

Maple Grove Private Event Transportation Services
Family reunions at Elm Creek Park Reserve, corporate retreats at the Maple Grove Community Center, church group outings to the Minnesota State Fairgrounds — any time you're moving a large group to a single destination and back, a private bus rental makes the logistics simple. No coordinating carpool pickups, no parking scrambles, no waiting for the last few people to find the venue.
The Maple Grove private event bus rental options in the network cover everything from a 15-passenger minibus for a small family outing to a full 56-passenger charter bus for a large organizational event. For events tied to the Minnesota State Fair (which runs 12 days from late August into Labor Day weekend and draws 2 million+ visitors), book at least 2–3 months out — demand across the metro is intense and vehicles fill fast. Call 612-642-3611 to build a package around your specific event.

Maple Grove Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Maple Grove High School (9800 Fernbrook Ln N, Maple Grove, MN 55369) sends hundreds of students to prom each spring, and the demand for party buses in the northwest metro spikes hard from late April through May. Every high school in the Osseo School District — and across Hennepin and Anoka counties — holds prom in roughly the same 5-week window. That means the best vehicles get claimed early, and waiting until February or March puts your group at a real disadvantage on both selection and price.
For prom: book by January. Seriously. A group that locks in a Maple Grove prom party bus in November or December will have more vehicles to choose from and better pricing than a group calling in April.
Homecoming in September has a shorter lead time, but 6–8 weeks out is still the right move. Call 612-642-3611 to check availability for your date right now.

Maple Grove School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Teachers and chaperones coordinating a Maple Grove school field trip already have enough on their plates — a Maple Grove school event bus rental takes the transportation piece completely off the list. Popular Twin Cities field trip destinations for Maple Grove schools include the Minnesota History Center (345 W Kellogg Blvd, St. Paul, MN 55102), the Science Museum of Minnesota (120 W Kellogg Blvd, St. Paul, MN 55102), and Minnesota Zoo (13000 Zoo Blvd, Apple Valley, MN 55124).
Charter buses with overhead storage, PA systems, and reclining seats give students a comfortable ride and give teachers a place to make announcements without shouting over a rattling yellow bus. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network — just mention it when you request your quote. For spring field trip season (April–May), the earlier you call the better the vehicle selection.
Get pricing in under a minute at 612-642-3611.

Maple Grove Sporting Event Transportation
US Bank Stadium (401 Chicago Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55415) is the home of the Vikings, and every home game turns the area around Chicago Avenue and 4th Street S into one of the most congested post-event corridors in the metro. Surface lots near the stadium fill by noon on game day, ramp parking runs $30–$60, and the light rail fills immediately after the final whistle. For Maple Grove fan groups making the 30-mile drive down I-94, finding parking and getting out after the game consistently takes longer than the drive itself.
A Maple Grove charter bus to US Bank Stadium drops your group near the stadium entrance and picks everyone up at an agreed spot after the game — no parking, no post-game scramble, and the pregame energy starts on the bus. The same logic applies to Target Field for Twins games, Grand Casino Arena for Wild games, and Allianz Field for Loons matches. Read more at the US Bank Stadium bus rental guide and call 612-642-3611 to lock in your game day.

Maple Grove Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Maple Grove and the surrounding northwest metro have a strong collection of wedding venues — The Arbor at Creekside in Dayton, Edinburgh USA Golf Course, and the Crowne Plaza in Plymouth are all within 15 minutes of central Maple Grove — and most of them have one thing in common: guests coming from all directions with no easy public transit option. A Maple Grove wedding shuttle bus solves the coordination puzzle cleanly, running loops between hotel room blocks in Brooklyn Park or Plymouth and the ceremony and reception venues so guests don't have to worry about driving.
For the wedding party itself, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo is the right pick for getting the bride and bridesmaids from the hotel to the ceremony venue with enough room for dresses, flowers, and a few moments of calm before the day gets going. Minneapolispartybuscompany.com makes it easy to find both the wedding party vehicle and the guest shuttle through the same quick form. Call 612-642-3611 — spring and fall Saturday dates book out fast.

Maple Grove Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Twin Cities metro has a growing craft beer and winery circuit that makes for a great group day or evening out. Schram Vineyards Winery & Brewery (8785 Airport Rd, Waconia, MN 55387) is about 35 miles southwest of Maple Grove and is one of the most popular winery destinations in the metro — it offers tastings, vineyard tours, and a full food menu, and it gets busy on weekends. Closer in, the northeast Minneapolis brewery corridor packs Surly Brewing (520 Malcolm Ave SE, Minneapolis, MN 55414), Inbound BrewCo (701 N 5th St, Minneapolis, MN 55401), and a dozen more craft stops into a walkable area that's ideal for a progressive evening.
A Maple Grove winery tour bus keeps your group together stop to stop with no one navigating back roads after a few pours. The bus stages nearby while your group is inside, then moves to the next stop on your schedule. Call 612-642-3611 to put together your itinerary.

How much does a party bus cost in Maple Grove?
Maple Grove party bus rental prices depend on vehicle size, the date, and how long you need it. As a general planning guide: a 15-passenger party bus typically runs $200–$350/hour on weekdays and $250–$350 on weekends; a 25-passenger party bus runs $250–$350 weekday and $275–$375 on weekends; a full charter bus generally comes in at $200–$350/hour. These are ranges to help you plan — the real rate shifts with demand, vehicle availability, and your itinerary.
Use the online tool or call 612-642-3611 and you could have pricing for your specific trip in under a minute.
How far is Maple Grove from downtown Minneapolis, and does that affect the price?
Maple Grove is roughly 20–25 miles northwest of downtown Minneapolis, which puts it about 30–40 minutes on I-94 under normal conditions. Most rentals are priced by the hour from when the bus leaves its garage to when it returns — not just the time your group is on board — so a Maple Grove pickup that adds 20–30 minutes each direction to a downtown trip can affect the total hours on the clock. When you request your quote, the exact pickup and drop-off locations are factored in, so you'll see a number that reflects your actual trip, not a generic estimate.
Can I book a party bus for a round trip from Maple Grove to a venue and back?
Yes. Round-trip packages are standard — pickup at your Maple Grove location, drop-off at the venue, and a scheduled return pickup after the event. You can also book open-ended hourly rentals if your night doesn't have a fixed end time, or one-way transfers if you only need the outbound leg.
When you call 612-642-3611 or fill out the form, you'll specify what you need and the quote will be built around your actual itinerary.
Is there parking for charter buses at venues near Maple Grove?
It depends on the venue. US Bank Stadium has coordinated commercial vehicle staging in the area around Chicago Avenue and 4th Street — but exact game-day lot assignments change by event, so checking the official stadium parking page before your visit is strongly recommended. Target Center and Grand Casino Arena both have commercial drop-off zones on nearby streets, with the bus staging on surface lots or nearby ramps while your group is inside.
For winery and brewery stops in the northeast corridor, street staging is generally straightforward. When in doubt, call 612-642-3611 and ask — the team can walk through venue-specific logistics with you.
What is the best bus size for a Maple Grove group of 20–25 people?
A 25-passenger party bus is the most natural fit — it seats your group comfortably and comes with the full party bus amenity package (LED lighting, sound system, bar setup, flat-panel TVs). If your confirmed headcount is closer to 20 and you want a slightly tighter, more intimate layout, a 20-passenger party bus works well. If there's any chance your group grows to 28–30, it's worth stepping up to avoid a tight fit.
The quote tool shows you available vehicles for your exact group size and date, so you can compare options before committing.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Maple Grove trips — birthday parties, bar crawls, airport runs, sporting events — 3–6 weeks of lead time is workable for most dates. For high-demand windows, book significantly earlier. Prom season (late April through May) is the busiest period across the entire Twin Cities metro, and the best vehicles go fast — book by January if your date is in prom season.
Minnesota State Fair shuttle runs (late August through Labor Day) and Vikings home playoff games also spike demand across the network. The earlier you call, the more options you'll have. Call 612-642-3611 right now to check what's available for your date.
Popular Maple Grove Party Bus Destinations
Maple Grove groups head in every direction — downtown Minneapolis, the northeast brewery corridor, St. Paul's arts district, suburban event venues, and metro sports stadiums are all easy trips from the northwest suburbs. Here are six destinations that Maple Grove party buses visit most often, with the logistical details that actually matter for planning your trip.

US Bank Stadium
US Bank Stadium (401 Chicago Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55415) is a 30-mile drive from central Maple Grove — straightforward on I-94 East until game day, when the highway backs up toward the Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome site and downtown surface ramps hit capacity by early afternoon. The stadium's 66,200-seat capacity means post-game exits on Chicago Avenue and 5th Street S are slow for 45–60 minutes. Rideshare staging is on 3rd Street S, a full block from the nearest gates, and surge pricing is common after night games.
A Maple Grove charter bus to US Bank Stadium drops your group near the gates and has the return pickup coordinated in advance — no post-game parking lot scramble. Read the full logistics breakdown at the US Bank Stadium bus rental guide. Check the official parking and transportation page for current game-day lot and drop-off details.
Phone: (612) 777-8700.

Target Field
Target Field (353 N 5th St, Minneapolis, MN 55403) sits in the North Loop, one of the most active pedestrian and nightlife districts in Minneapolis — which makes parking a premium at all times, not just on Twins game days. The stadium's 38,544-seat capacity fills for weekend day games and promotional nights, and the adjacent surface lots charge $25–$40 depending on proximity and event demand. The Gold Lot and other pre-paid options sell out days ahead for big series.
From Maple Grove, I-94 East gets you there in 30–40 minutes, but post-game traffic on Hennepin Avenue and I-394 can double the return trip. A group arriving by bus gets curbside drop on 7th Street N and a pre-arranged pickup after the final out — no hunting for a lot. See the Target Field bus rental guide and verify current drop-off info on the official Twins transportation page.
Phone: (612) 659-3400.

Grand Casino Arena
Grand Casino Arena (formerly Xcel Energy Center; 199 W Kellogg Blvd, St. Paul, MN 55102) is home to the Minnesota Wild and hosts major touring acts year-round. It's about 35 miles from Maple Grove — 40–50 minutes via I-94 East into downtown St. Paul — and the post-event exit on Kellogg Boulevard toward I-35E or the Wabasha Street Bridge is slow in every direction after sellouts. Parking in the immediate area runs $15–$30 in surface lots, with cheaper options several blocks east along Kellogg near the Science Museum that come with longer walks.
A Maple Grove charter bus to Grand Casino Arena drops your group at the commercial zone on W Kellogg and picks everyone up at a pre-set exit point so no one is standing on a sidewalk trying to summon a rideshare in 10-degree February air. Check the official Grand Casino Arena parking page before your visit.

Allianz Field
Allianz Field (1145 Snelling Ave N, St. Paul, MN 55108) is Minnesota United FC's 19,400-seat soccer stadium in the Midway neighborhood of St. Paul, about 32 miles from Maple Grove via I-94 East. Snelling Avenue is the main approach — and on match days, the intersection at University Avenue and Snelling becomes a genuine bottleneck, especially after evening kickoffs. Street parking in the surrounding Midway neighborhood fills early and is a mix of two-hour time limits and permit-only blocks, so fans parking independently often end up six to eight blocks away.
A party bus from Maple Grove to Allianz Field drops your group near the stadium entrance and has the return leg already planned, so the post-match walk back to a car is someone else's problem. See the Allianz Field bus rental guide and check the official MNUFC parking and directions page. Phone: (651) 666-8632.

Elm Creek Park Reserve
Elm Creek Park Reserve (12400 James Deane Pkwy, Maple Grove, MN 55369) is the largest park in the Three Rivers Park District — 4,900 acres of trails, a swimming pond, a picnic pavilion, and a world-class cross-country ski and fat-tire biking system that draws visitors from across the metro. For large family reunions, company picnics, or school group outings, the park's Eastman Nature Center and group picnic areas are the primary destinations. Parking in the main lot fills on summer weekends by mid-morning for popular pavilion rentals.
For groups of 20 or more arriving from Maple Grove addresses, a minibus staged at the parking lot entrance makes arrival clean and eliminates the staggered-parking problem that turns a 10am start into an 11am start. Check Three Rivers Park District's official Elm Creek page for current reservation and group access details. Phone: (763) 694-7894.

Minnehaha Falls & Minnehaha Regional Park
Minnehaha Regional Park (4801 S Minnehaha Park Dr, Minneapolis, MN 55417) is one of Minneapolis's most visited destinations, centered on the 53-foot Minnehaha Falls and connected to a creek corridor trail that runs to the Mississippi River. The park is about 25 miles from Maple Grove — 30–40 minutes via I-494 East and MN-55 South. The parking lot on Minnehaha Park Drive is small and fills completely on spring and fall weekends, with overflow pushing cars onto residential streets a half-mile from the falls.
For large group outings — a company picnic at the pavilion, a family reunion, a school nature walk — arriving in a charter bus or minibus means one vehicle to park (or stage on Hiawatha Ave nearby) instead of 12. The park's main pavilion and picnic areas can be reserved through the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board. Call 612-642-3611 to match the right vehicle to your group size.
